The newly constructed house boasts mountain modern design elements with exposed beams, vaulted ceilings, south facing deck, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy group meals. There is a separate ski room to store and dry all of your gear during the winter or bike essentials during the summer. Just out of the ski room is the cedar electric barrel sauna. The space is suitable for young children but the house has not been babyproofed and includes a railing above the stairs and railing on the deck. No safety gates are installed or provided. The gas fireplace is at floor level with no hearth but has a mandatory safety screen.
